QUALITY
- Our Quality System has been certified for over 10 years according to the IATF 16949: 2016 (previously ISO TS16949) and ISO 9001 standards. During 2020, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certifications were also obtained in the new production site, in Strada Settimo (Turin).
LABORATORY
- In order to provide productions at high quality levels, Rocatek has always used machines and equipment capable of guaranteeing high quality levels already in the production phase, even with the support of 100% controls directly on-line.
- Furthermore, the use of various measuring instruments (including, in addition to numerous calipers, micrometers, etc. we also mention a latest-generation Hexagon three-dimensional machine (with a stroke of 600x1000x600cm), a profile projector and a roughness tester) allow to have always the production cycle under control, from the acceptance to the final packaging, both in the production phases and in the initial sampling / PPAP phases
