The ROCATEK was founded and initiated by Ing. Enzo Cavari in 1998 to produce, with the help of dedicated work centers, the pistons used in the pyrotechnic seat belt retractors, for the TRW Group (now ZF).
More than 50 million pistons have been produced and assembled in 25 years

ROCATEK TODAY
Currently, thanks to a lean and essential organization, combined with the use of special, avant-garde machines, Rocatek is able to carry out machining, assembly, for small , medium and large volumes, also prototypes, with quality controls at high levels, guaranteeing maximum satisfaction. to the final customer.
The Rocatek production is destined for over 70% for the EU and non-EU markets, mostly in the automotive sector.
In addition, thanks to the collaboration with external partners, mechanical machining is carried out also from solid, on prototypes, small and medium series for the aerospace, energy and automation sectors
PRODUCTION SITE
The actual new plant, located in the production area of Pescarito, in the Municipality of Turin, covers an area of approximately 4,500 m², of which 3,800 m² is dedicated to production and 700 m² to offices.
